Beverly Hillbillies:
Built from a dilapidated 1921 Oldsmobile found in the back of an old feed store in Fontana, California. The body had already been hacked off behind the front seat, so a platform was created with a park bench seat, about 30in higher than the front seat. Here, Granny and Elly May rode. Behind this was a space for hauling the family rocker, washtub, shotguns, and other family treasures.
The truck retained it's original body detailing with the original old sign from the Fontana feed store still faintly visible. Also note the Non Skid tires, a rope holding the hood closed, and the glass-less headlights.
